My Training

I started playing video games long before I could even speak English. And I started speaking English thanks to video games.

It would now add up to an almost 32 years long career as a video gamer, playing on several platforms and across countless genres.

I was also the weird kid playing charades and doing crosswords, instead of playing with dolls and collecting stickers. This is what probably brought me in 2013 to work as a freelancer, a content creator, and translator_

My Current Build

In 2017 I pressed start and entered the video games localization world.

Since then I have been working as a translator, editor, and LQA tester for some of the top-ranked localization companies in the gaming industry: Keywords Studios in Montreal, Quantic Lab in Romania, Localsoft in Spain, Glyph Language Services, AllCorrect Games, and several direct clients.

I worked on titles such as Assassin’s Creed, Project CARS2, Jumanji, Ice Age, Those Who Remain, and many more.

I remain a passionate gamer; my games list has reached title #181 and still counting_

My Quest
Providing at least 20.000 words per week
Thoroughly checking my translations with Quality Assurance, spell and consistency check
Being crystal clear with the client and ensuring smooth communication
Keeping high-level security standards, a safe environment, and strong respect of NDAs
Never miss a deadline; I never did, and I am not going to start anytime soon
Client retention. My clients always ring twice (and more)_
My Challenge

Conveying the original taste of the script, no matter how hard it is.

Slang, kids content, violent and brutal dialogues, surreal humour, riddles, and jokes. You name it, you get it.

Wordplay and puns are my bread and butter, and I just can't get enough of it!_
